About Harriet

I have taught History and Politics for 20 years both in schools and online gaining great results-above data predictions. I am committed to giving students the best experience possible that is tailored to their specific needs having taught the academically gifted, those that need extra support; in fact the whole spectrum of educational needs.

About the lesson

My methodology is to use a whole raft of techniques that is really tailored to your specific educational needs. I support your learning through methods such as debate, research, Q&A, effective notetaking, exam techniques, effective revision strategies, bringing today's world to bear and showing how the past and political theory influence today. In essence you are the centre and I will support you and give you confidence but be prepared to be challenged at times! I am never judgemental and will create a safe. creative and supportive environment and be thre for you every step of the way.
