About Solly
I am a student: I have just finished my BA at Oxford, and I am enrolled in an MA in Forensic Linguistics. at Aston University, in Birmingham.
I am dedicated to learning and academia. I have achieved very high grades throughout my BA in Psychology, Philosophy and Linguistics at Oxford University, in particular a Distinction in my Preliminary examinations and a First Class in my final exams. Moreover, in May 2015 I received a Casberd Scholarship from St John’s College for excellence in Preliminary Examinations. I am now enrolled in an MA in Forensic Linguistics at Aston University.
I am also a people's person, and throughout my degree I was very committed to improving the quality of the course for current students, and to helping prospecting applicants. For three years I was Student representative for Philosophy and Linguistics students across the three years of the course at Oxford University. I was also a Student ambassador, working at Open days and interviews in the Psychology Department and in St John’s College.
I have started teaching Italian this year - and I am loving it! It's fun, and it's so rewarding to see the improvements!

My goal is to promote interest in target subject: I am extremely passionate about my own studies, and want to show my students that learning is fun!
I cater every lesson to the type of student that I have, to their needs and their desire: studying can be focused on speaking, grammar, culture, etc.
