You've found a real gem,
Eleanor is very sought-after this month.
Hi!
My name is El and I recently graduated from the University of Sheffield with a 2:1 degree in Biology.
I can offer lessons to a wide range of students- from primary to undergraduates. If you're willing to learn then I'm happy to be of assistance!
I am a big believer of learning being as enjoyable as possible and so aim to make your experience exactly how you want it. For younger students, this can include activities and a more hands-on approach that helps to engage the attention and really aid their understanding. If you think you might be too old for getting the glue and scissors out (personally, I am definitely not), then I can help you work through a variety of different methods depending on the type of learner you are.
I promise to always be patient, attentive and respectful and expect the same from pupils.
Please give me enough notice to plan a lesson structure that meets your individual needs.
I have a long history of teaching- I have completed work experience placements in all levels of the education system, been a Cub Leader for over a year, volunteer with the RSPB and other organisations to teach children the importance of science and I work as an Activity Instructor at a Scout Centre.
I have given one-on-one tutorials many times through these roles but would now like to offer my services as a tutor. All forms of cience have always been fascinating to me and I look forward to teaching you or your child all about it!
Don't be put off by my previous experience with younger children if you're an undergraduate, A level or GCSE student. I look forward to discussing the more advanced topics that I particularly love and hope to pass on my enthusiasm to you too.
