About Ynhsirk
I am a Year 13 student who has a passion for the romantic language French. From achieving a Grade 7 in my GCSEs I have found a great interest in how beautiful a language could be, which is why I try my best to learn even more French and use my skills to incorporate different language into my life.
By teaching others I hope to build my leadership skills and find different ways to communicate with a range of people. This would contribute towards my hopes of studying an interdisciplinary course at university which may require my French skills.
In addition, I think that teaching others is a method of how we learn ourselves, meaning I will also be learning whilst teaching.

I aim to help students achieve their goals of being confident when learning a language and using the skills they already have to aid their learning.
Using their skills they will be able to feel more comfortable and find it easier to use the language they are learning. Skills can be strengthened through interactive activities such as flashcards making, quizzes and games. Even just talking.
Therefore they build connections between languages and create links to aid knowledge retention.
This could include dreams in French (and problem solving)!
