About Sourav
I am an English (ESL) instructor with a Diploma certification in TESOL. I hold a Bachelors (with Honours) and Masters degree in English literature. I am currently pursuing a B.Ed certification in English Education. I have 8 years of experience teaching English as a tutor, and as a teacher in government sponsored schools. I also have experience in developing workbooks and TLMs.

I use blended interactive lectures assisted with visual aids. I use classic methods of communication and positive reinforcement as motivators. I like to excite interest in students with relevant informations, trivias and loosely related but important facts to facilitate understanding of the broader background behind the lessons. I use Powerpoint presentations in my online classes and provide study material, practise tests for all lessons taught. After completing a set of lessons, I assess the learning of the students through mock tests set in accordance with school/board standards, provide feedback and take remedial classes.
