About Zachary
Hi, I’m Zack, an ESL teacher with 9 years of experience teaching students of all ages—from kindergarten and primary school to adults. I'm from the United States, but I’ve had the privilege of living and teaching in China, Taiwan, and New Zealand, which has given me a unique perspective on language learning across cultures. One of my specialties is understanding the challenges that Chinese speakers face when learning English, but my true passion is connecting with people from all around the world.
Teaching isn’t just about vocabulary and grammar for me; it’s about solving the puzzle of language and making it accessible, fun, and meaningful for each student. With extensive experience in curriculum development and class instruction, I design lessons that are interactive and personalized to help learners progress confidently and naturally.
Outside the classroom, travel is my obsession, and when not exploring new places, you’ll probably find me hiking or immersed in football, science, geography, or science fiction topics.
