About Max

Many students come to me after trying other methods that simply did not click. My route here was messy, which I think makes me much easier to talk to when a student route is messy too. I typically work with singers who need to fix their technique after a frustration or a plateau.

I am an Estill Voice Training Level 1 and 2 certified instructor who focuses on genre styling, diction, and articulation. My approach uses worked examples to make invisible steps visible because that is where people lose the thread. I have taught 100 students how to build their range and confidence to reach their specific vocal goals.

Sometimes I notice that the trickiest part of singing is just finding the right starting point. Using my Estill Voice Training Level 1 and 2 background, I break down complex belting techniques used in shows like Hamilton or Six into manageable, repeatable chunks.

During our 60 minute time together, we refine your pitch control, tone, and resonance through specific exercises that get results. I remove the scaffolding once you understand the mechanics so that you can navigate your range independently. You will receive recorded warm up routines shared for daily home practice to keep your voice healthy and strong between our meetings.
