About Arlo
With 12 years of experience as a violin tutor, I have taught school students, college students, and working professionals from various backgrounds. I enjoy helping students discover the beauty of music and build the confidence needed to express themselves creatively.
My teaching philosophy is centered on flexibility and student-focused learning. I understand that every learner has unique goals, so I tailor my lessons to provide the best possible learning experience. I encourage steady progress while ensuring that lessons remain enjoyable and motivating.
Over the years, I have successfully helped many students improve their playing skills and develop a genuine appreciation for music. One of my greatest achievements has been seeing students gain confidence and continue their musical journey with passion.
My aim is to help students become confident violin players while enjoying every step of the learning process.

My teaching methodology is built on kindness, patience, and continuous support. I believe that music education should encourage creativity, confidence, and personal growth.
For violin students, I focus on strong fundamentals, including posture, finger placement, bowing techniques, rhythm, and note reading. I customize lessons according to each student's learning pace and provide clear explanations that make learning enjoyable.
I provide constructive feedback and encourage students to practice consistently. I believe every achievement, no matter how small, contributes to long-term success.
Besides violin, I teach related subjects such as music theory, ear training, sight reading, and performance preparation. These subjects help students develop a complete understanding of music.
My aim is to help students become disciplined, creative, and passionate musicians.
