About Rhett
I earned a Master’s Degree in Data Analytics and Business Technology after years of focused study in reporting systems, digital tools, and information management during my academic journey. During the past 9 years, I have guided students and professionals from different industries and educational backgrounds, helping them improve through personalized instruction and practical learning methods. Teaching Excel allows me to combine technology, organization, and problem solving in a rewarding and meaningful way. I enjoy helping learners simplify complex spreadsheet tasks and improve daily productivity.
My teaching style focuses on clarity, adaptability, and hands-on learning. Some students improve best through repetitive exercises and structured workflows, while others respond more naturally to business projects and real-world examples. I carefully adjust lessons according to each learner’s confidence level, pace, and technical goals. Along with spreadsheet skills, I help students strengthen organization, analytical thinking, and confidence using digital systems. Building a welcoming and motivating learning atmosphere remains one of my highest priorities as a teacher.
Outside teaching, I enjoy exploring productivity software, learning automation methods, and studying business technologies that help keep lessons relevant and engaging. Technology continues to inspire efficiency and innovation in my work. One of the most rewarding parts of teaching is seeing students become more confident handling professional tasks independently.

My Excel lessons focus on helping students improve spreadsheet efficiency while developing confidence through practical and task-oriented learning sessions. I teach formulas, advanced functions, pivot tables, chart creation, data organization, conditional formatting, lookup tools, and spreadsheet automation using explanations that feel clear and approachable for learners at every stage. Lessons also include business simulations, reporting exercises, dashboard activities, workflow organization, and real-world projects that help students improve steadily through practical application. I create a supportive environment where students feel comfortable experimenting with tools and solving problems independently. Every lesson supports both technical understanding and workplace productivity together.
Beginners focus on spreadsheet basics, formatting tools, simple calculations, and worksheet organization through structured exercises and guided practice that build confidence gradually. Intermediate learners improve formula accuracy, data analysis, chart customization, and report creation through practical assignments and project-based activities. Advanced students strengthen dashboard development, advanced automation, professional reporting systems, and complex spreadsheet management through detailed exercises and advanced workflow tasks. I carefully adapt lessons according to each learner’s pace, confidence, and professional goals so progress remains balanced and motivating throughout the learning process.
Learning Excel should feel practical, useful, and career-focused. I encourage students to understand how spreadsheet systems function instead of relying only on memorization methods.
