About Kripa
My interest in Excel began when I realised how useful it is for organising and analysing information in a clear way. I pursued a Master’s in Information Technology, where I developed strong skills in working with data and digital tools. Over the past 5 years, I have helped students and professionals learn Excel in a simple and practical way. My experience has helped me understand different learning styles and provide guidance that suits each student.
I believe that learning Excel should feel simple and stress-free. My teaching style focuses on breaking down features into small steps and using practical examples to explain concepts clearly. I encourage students to practise regularly and explore different features, which helps them build confidence and independence. I also provide continuous support and feedback to ensure steady progress.
Outside teaching, I enjoy exploring new features and techniques in Excel and data handling. This helps me keep my lessons updated and useful for real-world needs. Teaching Excel is rewarding because I see students grow from beginners into confident users. Helping them develop a practical skill that is useful in many areas of life is something I truly enjoy and value.

In my lessons, I focus on teaching basic features such as data entry, formatting, formulae, and commonly used functions in a simple and structured way. I guide students step by step so they can clearly understand each concept without confusion. I use real-life examples like tracking expenses, managing lists, and organising information to make learning practical and easy to relate to. Each session is designed to be interactive and supportive, helping students feel comfortable while learning new skills.
As students improve, lessons move towards more advanced topics such as data analysis, charts, pivot tables, and automation. Beginners start with simple tasks and guided practice. Intermediate learners focus on improving accuracy and efficiency. Advanced learners work on solving real-world problems and managing larger datasets. I provide regular exercises, feedback, and revision to help students build strong and reliable skills over time. This structured approach ensures steady improvement and confidence.
Excel also helps students develop logical thinking, organisation, and attention to detail. As they progress, they become more confident in handling data and presenting information clearly.
