About Yasha
My interest in Excel began during my Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, where I learned how important data management is in both academic and professional environments. I became interested in how Excel can simplify complex information and help users work more efficiently. Over the past 4 years, I have worked with many students, helping them develop strong Excel skills through clear explanations and practical guidance.
I believe that Excel should be easy to learn when it is taught in a simple and structured way. My teaching style focuses on step-by-step instruction, practical examples, and consistent practice so students can build confidence gradually. I take time to understand each student’s learning level and adjust my teaching approach so they feel comfortable and supported throughout their learning process.
Outside of teaching, I continue exploring new Excel tools and features to improve my knowledge and teaching methods. This helps me keep my lessons updated and relevant. Teaching Excel is very meaningful to me because I enjoy helping students gain useful skills, improve their confidence, and learn how to work with data effectively in both academic and real-world situations.

Excel becomes simple when students understand how to organize and manage data instead of using features without clear understanding. In my lessons, I focus on building strong foundational skills through structured and easy explanations. We begin with basic topics such as data entry, formatting, and simple formulas. I guide students step by step so they understand how each function works and how it can be applied in real situations. This helps them feel comfortable and confident from the beginning.
As students improve, I introduce more advanced features such as functions, pivot tables, charts, and data analysis tools. I explain each concept clearly and provide practical exercises so students can apply what they learn. Each lesson includes practice tasks and correction support to help students improve accuracy. I also guide students in understanding common mistakes and how to avoid them.
Excel lessons also help students develop organization, attention to detail, and logical thinking. They learn how to manage data efficiently and present it clearly. Over time, students gain confidence and become more independent in using Excel for academic and practical purposes. My goal is to make Excel easy to understand and useful in real-life situations.
