About Rekha
My passion for Excel and data analysis began with curiosity about how organized data could be used to make informed decisions and simplify complex tasks. This led me to pursue a B.Sc in Information Systems and an M.Sc in Business Analytics, providing me with both technical expertise and practical insight. Over 10 years, I have guided learners from basic spreadsheet skills to advanced analytical mastery, helping them develop practical proficiency and confidence.
I use a teaching methodology that emphasizes structured learning, interactive exercises, and scenario-based applications. Lessons integrate explanations, practice, and real-world examples, enabling students to develop skills that are immediately applicable. I encourage exploration, independent problem-solving, and iterative practice to foster deeper understanding and skill retention.
Outside teaching, I work on analytics projects, process automation, and staying updated with the latest Excel techniques and tools. Witnessing students progress from initial hesitation to confident, capable users is deeply rewarding.
