About Preston
I am a passionate violin instructor with 12 years of teaching experience, dedicated to helping students build confidence and improve their musical abilities. I teach violin to high school students, college students, and elderly learners with patience and commitment.
I have successfully taught around 150-200 students and supported them in developing their techniques, musical understanding, and performance skills. My experience has helped me create teaching methods that suit different learning styles.
I believe music education should inspire creativity, discipline, and self-expression. My lessons focus on creating a positive environment where students feel comfortable learning and improving.
I teach students about violin posture, bow techniques, finger placement, rhythm, scales, and musical interpretation. I also encourage students to enjoy the process of learning and performing.
A major milestone in my career has been helping students gain confidence and achieve their musical goals. Seeing their growth and happiness through music is the most fulfilling part of teaching.
I continue to bring dedication, passion, and creativity into every lesson to help students become better musicians.

Learning the violin requires patience, dedication, and proper guidance. My teaching approach focuses on communication, accountability, and integrity to help students succeed. I explain every lesson using simple English and practical examples that students can easily understand.
Students develop strong technical skills through posture correction, bowing exercises, scales, rhythm practice, and musical interpretation. Accountability helps students stay motivated with regular goals, while integrity creates a positive and respectful learning environment.
Besides violin, I teach music theory, sight reading, ear training, beginner keyboard basics, rhythm development, and music appreciation.
