About Romi
I have 6+ years of experience teaching Spanish to High School and College students, and I believe every learner can succeed with the right guidance and encouragement. My teaching approach focuses on personalised learning because each student has different strengths, learning preferences, and objectives. I carefully design lessons that meet individual needs while keeping learning enjoyable and productive.
My teaching covers grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, reading, writing, speaking, listening, and conversational Spanish. My Spanish teaching methodology is based on motivation, communication, creativity, and effective time management to help students learn efficiently and enjoyably. I motivate students by understanding their goals, offering encouragement, and celebrating achievements to build confidence.
Communication is central to my approach; I provide activities and exercises that develop speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills in practical and real-life contexts.
Creativity is incorporated through storytelling, role-plays, games, and visual aids to make lessons engaging, memorable, and fun. Time management ensures that each lesson is structured, covering grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and conversational practice without overwhelming students.
I also guide learners on organising their study and practice outside class to maintain steady progress. In addition to Spanish, I can teach related subjects such as grammar fundamentals, pronunciation techniques, and language learning strategies. My aim is to make Spanish learning simple, structured, and confidence-building.
