About Yuri
Hi, I’m Yuri Buzzi, an executive communication and public speaking coach and professional actor with more than 20 years of international experience across film, television, performance and leadership communication.
I work with CEOs, senior leaders, founders, professionals, creatives and performers in London, Italy and online, helping them strengthen executive presence, public speaking, clarity, confidence and communication under pressure.
My approach is actor-trained rather than performative. I draw on professional acting techniques including intention, listening, status, voice, storytelling and behavioural rehearsal to help clients communicate with greater authority, flexibility and authenticity in real professional situations
Over the years, I have worked with global brands and productions including Apple, Microsoft, BBC, Amazon, Disney, Bacardi, eBay and 20th Century Fox.
As a professional actor, my recent screen work includes A Taste for Murder for ITV/BritBox, Emily in Paris, Black Mirrors for Netflix and international Hallmark productions.
My performance background gives me a practical understanding of presence, listening, voice, body language, storytelling and how to remain responsive when people are watching.

I started teaching because I know how deeply communication can affect a person’s confidence, career and sense of identity. Many people do not struggle because they have nothing to say. They struggle because pressure makes them shrink, rush, overthink or disconnect from their natural presence.
My approach is warm, honest and practical. I do not teach people to become louder or fake confidence. I help them become more grounded, clear and connected, so they can express themselves with more ease and authority.

Sessions are practical, highly tailored and built around real professional situations: presentations, senior meetings, pitches, interviews, panels, difficult conversations, speeches and leadership communication.
We work on executive presence, public speaking, message structure, voice, authority, clarity and your ability to respond effectively when pressure rises.
Confidence begins before the first word.
In my lessons, we work on how you show up: your presence, voice, body language, energy, clarity and connection.
The method combines acting techniques, transformational coaching and practical public speaking tools. This means we do not only work on what you say, but also on how you feel, how you hold yourself, how you connect with others and how you stay present when pressure appears.
A typical lesson begins with a short check-in, so we together can understand what you need that day and what situation you are preparing for. You may be working on a presentation, interview, speech, meeting, pitch, difficult conversation or simply wanting to feel more confident being seen and heard.
From there, we move into practical work. Depending on your goal, we may use voice exercises, breath work, posture, eye contact, storytelling, role-play, improvisation, speech structure, acting techniques and coaching questions.
I will help you understand what happens inside you when you feel nervous, judged or under pressure. Then we turn that awareness into practical tools, so you can speak with more calm, clarity and authority.
These sessions can help you:

Structure complex ideas more clearly

Reduce rushing, over-explaining and overthinking

What makes my method different is that I do not teach fake confidence, tricks or a “perfect” version of you. I help you find a more grounded and authentic version of yourself.
