About Jennifer
My name is Jenny and I have played Badminton for a long as I can remember. This has lead me to complete my Level One and Level Two Badminton Coaching Qualifications.
I currently coach and run a Badminton Club in York and am now expanding this to bring new people to the sport.
Badminton is a great activity for any age to improve not just your physical health but also you mental wellbeing too!

My main aim for coaching sessions is to make them fun. You will learn a technique and then put it into practice, with games and incentives through out. I normally end the session with a match play activity.
Lessons can be for any level or age. You may want to learn to play badminton for the first time or would like to improve so you can help your team win!
