About Keanu Pua
Hi! I’m Keanu Pua, and I’m passionate about helping students learn in a simple and engaging way. I believe that every student has their own learning pace, so I always try to adjust my lessons to suit each individual. My goal is to make learning less stressful and more enjoyable while helping students improve their confidence in the subject. I use a mix of interactive teaching methods — explaining concepts clearly, using real-life examples, and giving short practice questions to reinforce understanding. My classes are usually around 1 to 1.5 hours long, depending on the student’s focus and schedule. I’m currently a (insert your qualification, e.g. “Bachelor of Engineering student at University of Malaya”), and I have experience tutoring SPM students in Mathematics and Physics. My approach to tutoring focuses on helping students truly understand the topic rather than just memorizing answers. I start by identifying each student’s learning style and current level of understanding, then adjust my teaching method to match what works best for them. I often use real-life examples, simple analogies, and visual aids (such as diagrams or short videos) to make complex ideas easier to grasp. During lessons, I encourage active participation — students are free to ask questions anytime, and I guide them through problem-solving step by step. I also give short exercises at the end of each session to check their understanding and build confidence. Each class usually lasts about one to one and a half hours, depending on the student’s needs and attention span.
