About Britney
I’ve always enjoyed helping students reach the moment where accounting finally “clicks.” Many students come into sessions feeling overwhelmed, frustrated, or convinced they are just bad at accounting, and I love helping change that mindset.
As someone who taught Principles of Accounting as a Graduate Assistant while completing my Master’s degree at University of South Florida, I learned how important patience, encouragement, and adaptability are when teaching. Every student learns differently, so I adjust my approach based on the student’s needs and learning style.
I aim to make tutoring sessions supportive, productive, and low-stress. Whether we are reviewing homework, preparing for an exam, or rebuilding foundational concepts, my goal is to help students leave sessions feeling more confident and capable than when they arrived.
Outside of improving grades, I enjoy helping students develop stronger study habits and a better overall understanding of accounting concepts that will continue helping them throughout college and beyond.

I combine real teaching experience with an approachable, patient tutoring style. I earned both my Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from University of South Florida and graduated summa cum laude. During graduate school, I worked as a Graduate Assistant and taught Principles of Accounting while also tutoring students from multiple colleges and universities.
I know accounting can feel overwhelming or intimidating, especially when concepts start building on each other. My goal is to break difficult material down into simple, understandable steps so students gain confidence instead of just memorizing procedures. I tailor sessions to each student’s learning style and focus on helping them truly understand the “why” behind accounting concepts.
Whether you need help preparing for exams, understanding homework, improving grades, or strengthening foundational concepts, I create a supportive, judgment-free environment where students can ask questions comfortably and learn at their own pace.
