About Sofia
I grew up in Torino learning English from my Scottish mother, so at 15 I started teaching English to children and older students, sometimes creating little classes. I also worked in English summer camps. I will be glad to now teach Italian which is my first language!

My teaching methodology depends on the level that my students are at. Usually, I try to analyse an Italian text which can be picked out of a video, article, song or different sources and try and see what my students understand. Throughout this process, it is easy to find what my students are strong or weak in and intervene as we go. If I am working with children, the approach will be through games and certain topics they might enjoy.
