About Samuel
Hi! My name is Samuel and I am an experienced secondary school Biology teacher.
I concentrate on solidifying subject knowledge in my students then pushing them in order to achieve the best results possible. I am result orientated and place a great emphasis on exam questions and techniques to guarantee success.
I have successfully helped students achieve their aspirational goals and targets.
I have been teaching for 6 years in which time I have lead many scientific initiatives while also working as a tutor under the national tutoring programme (NTP).
I have experience and have had success with students from diverse backgrounds and a variety of abilities, from improving the effort and confidence of SEND students to stretching and challenging the gifted and talented.
I love to see the glimmer in students eyes as they realise the answer to the problem they were tackling. I take a personable approach to tutoring, as I believe understanding the student is just as important as the student understanding the content.
