About Stephanie
I graduated from The University of Manchester with a First Class degree in English Literature in 2018. Since then I have become CELTA qualified, and have worked full time teaching English language in Spain. I can help with GCSE and A level preparation, proofreading and teaching English as a foreign language. I can help student to widen their knowledge of English language/ literature and develop exam techniques.

I would base my classes around the individual students needs. A typical class Literature class could begin by developing analytical techniques by examining the form, context and structure of a piece of prose, poetry or a play. We would then look at examine questions and see how to use the analysis to answer the questions, while working on essay writing skills.
In contrast, when teaching English as a foreign language each class would focus on developing either grammar, listening, reading or writing skills, while learning relevant vocabulary and idioms. If you are interested in sitting an exam, I have experience preparing for FCE (Cambridge exams), and we can apply what we look at in class to exam questions and work on exam technique.
