I learnt Word and PPT from Ma'm for my son's school projects. She made the software sound so simple for what I had thought was rocket science. She explained it from my perspective. And even gave me knowledge of other things that could help me with the projects. Thanks Ma'm.

She has been a great teacher always. I have seen teaching lil kids and the way she enjoys it makes it interesting. She is calm and very focused and sometimes strict as well.

She is extremely reliable when it comes to explaining terms and concepts in such a simple manner that you don't have to rote learn.
Moreover, she is too patient and friendly with everyone.

I have known Charu for quite a few years now and one thing that has always been constant is her patience. She addresses every query with a logical approach. The way she explains thing makes it very clear and easy to understand. She is a well-versed person who likes keeping herself well-updated with all the happenings in the surroundings, hence making it easy to strike a conversation on any random topic and situation.
