About Jennifer
I’m a Cantonese-speaking Mathematics teacher based in Brisbane, with over 12 years of full-time high school teaching experience in Hong Kong and 6 years of online tutoring experience. I currently work as a teacher aide at a local high school, supporting students in senior Mathematics subjects.
I specialise in helping secondary students build confidence, deepen understanding, and achieve strong results in Mathematics. My lessons are clear, structured, and personalised, focusing on each student’s individual learning goals and progress.
Students appreciate my patient approach and ability to make complex mathematical concepts simple and practical. Lessons can be conducted in English, Cantonese, or both, either in person or online.

I provide student-centred and practical Maths tutoring to help secondary students understand concepts, build confidence, and achieve strong results. Lessons are clear, structured, and personalised, combining explanation, problem-solving, and practice tailored to each student’s needs.
A typical lesson lasts 60–90 minutes, conducted in-person in Brisbane or online, in English, Cantonese, or both. I welcome students to ask questions outside of lessons, and I respond promptly to help them stay on track.
With over 12 years of full-time high school teaching experience and 6 years of online tutoring, I work with students from junior secondary to senior high school, including those studying essential mathematics, general mathematics, or mathematical methods.
