About Divya
I am Divya K Namboothiri, a Carnatic music vocalist and teacher with a B.A. in Music from Sri Swathi Thirunal College of Music and 10 years of teaching experience. Music has been my passion and profession for over a decade. I love teaching students of all ages and helping them discover the beauty of Carnatic music with strong basics, confidence and devotion. I believe in patient, friendly and personalized guidance for every learner.

My Carnatic music classes are structured for steady progress from basics to advanced level. I start with Sarali, Janta and Dhattu Varisai to build strong sruthi, laya and voice culture. Then we move to Alankarams, Geethams, Varnams, Keerthanams and Manodharma Sangeetham. Each lesson includes warm-ups, revision, new lessons and individual feedback. Classes are available online and offline for children and adults with personal attention.
