My lessons are tailored to each student's needs and level, focusing on technique, placement, coordination, strength and flexibility, with particular attention to foot strengthening and pointe work (where needed).
I also offer classical variation classes, both on flat and en pointe, depending on your experience and goals. These are fun sessions to get you moving and dancing after a short barre warm-up.
Lessons are one hour long, online and open to students aged 8 and up, adults of all ages included, from complete beginners to advanced dancers! My goal is to help each student build confidence in their artistry and fully enjoy reaching a deeper understanding of movement in their own body.
Returning students have the chance to work with me in their own science-backed ballet journal/ tracker. Ebook (Downloadable pdf) or paperback (on Amazon from Oct 20th) sold separately.
