My name is Tahir, and I am a dedicated tutor with 4 years of hands-on classroom teaching experience across math, science, statistics, and economics.
Subjects I teach

Whether you are tackling your first algebra class, working through AP Calculus, struggling with chemistry equations, or preparing for a college-level economics exam, I have the knowledge and teaching experience to guide you through it.
Every student learns differently, and I build my sessions around that. I follow your school's syllabus closely so that everything we cover directly supports what you are doing in class. Lessons are structured but flexible — I adjust the pace based on how you are progressing and where you need the most support.
I teach in person or virtually through Google Meet, Zoom, or Webex, so location is never a barrier. To keep learning engaging and active, I design custom interactive quizzes tailored to each student's level and topic, making sure concepts stick beyond the session.
A session with me starts with a quick review of previous material, followed by targeted instruction on the current topic. We work through examples together, then the student tackles problems independently while I observe and guide. Every lesson ends with a short quiz to measure understanding and identify any gaps before the next session.
I don't disappear after the lesson. I maintain regular communication with parents, providing honest feedback on progress, areas for improvement, and next steps. You always know how your child is doing and where we are headed. On top of that, my background in Financial Economics means I bring real academic depth to subjects like statistics and economics that many tutors simply cannot offer.
