About Juan
I used to be a maths teacher in secondary school, and also have been a Chinese teacher . The class which I taught can always outperform the other classes across the same year group. I have got A+ in my Alevel Maths and my MA degree with distinction in the UK.

First, I shall give students an assessment to identify the topics which they don't have confidence with;
Secondly, focus on the targeted topics: ask students what they know about the topics and get an idea of what I need to do next; then explain the topics clearly with relevant resources and teaching tools. Afterwards, relevant practice questions will be provided and identify the mistakes students may likely to make, then emphasize how to avoid such mistakes.
Thirdly, provide reasonable topic based practice questions to consolidate the topics ( homework) between lessons
Lastly: summarize the basic rules/steps to do such topic based questions.
