About Beverly
I completed a Bachelor of Commerce as my undergraduate, my majors were in Accounting and Logistics. I went on to study a Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing, both of these qualifications were completed at Stellenbosch University. I decided to travel after graduation, I moved to Vietnam to teach English as a second language, I remained there for two and a half years and gained a lot of experience in preparing lessons for learners of many ages across many subject areas.
Upon returning to South Africa I worked in business to business marketing at an information management consulting company in Johannesburg and worked there for two and a half years.
I have decided to pursue a career in education and have just completed a Post Graduate Certificate in Education.

My teaching methods involve linking the study units to my students life in a way that is both engaging and easy to recall. By simplifying the content and making it relevant to my students they are more likely to succeed and hopefully enjoy the learning process. I have a great deal of experience with young learners and teenagers, I aim to make learning fun and an enjoyable process where learners feel confident and able to achieve their goals.
