Lucy has just started tutoring my daughter. Darcey has taken to the extra tutoring really well and this is because of Lucy’s calm, kind and approachable teaching style. I feel relieved that we found Lucy and confident that Darcey will Continue to improve with her maths.

Following parents evening my daughter's teacher mentioned Lola might not be on track for maths by the end of the year. We looked for some home tutoring and were recommended Lucy by a friend and we have never looked back!
Lucy is amazing!! Before Lucy started sessions with Lola, she lacked confidence, "hated" maths and just had no interested in wanting to learn, which is so unlike her as she loves every subject apart from maths.
Even after one session everything changed as Lucy explained everything to Lola in a way she understood and her confidence has continued to grow.

Lucy had been tutoring my 10 year old son in preparation for his SAT's tests this year as he is Dyslexic so doesn't enjoy learning, had fallen behind due to Covid and benefits from additional support. From the first session with Lucy my son loved learning again, he looked forward to the sessions as Lucy interacted with him and made the sessions fun which is how my son learns best. She also understood his additional needs so was able to work on the areas he most needed support and adapt his learning accordingly. My son has progressed so much over the last year and also achieved great scores in his SATs tests too. So glad Lucy was recommended to us and will definitely use her again in the future, can't thank her enough!

Lucy really helped our son with preparing for his year 6 Maths SATs and contributed towards his excellent results. Our son has high functioning autism and has always struggled with Maths but Lucy made the lessons fun and engaging and really helped build both his confidence and understanding of Maths especially around problem solving.
