About John Paulo
Hello! I am an experienced educator, writer, and tutor with a strong passion for language learning and communication. I am a TESOL/TEFL-certified teacher and currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Filipino Language. I have several years of experience teaching English, Filipino, Creative Writing, and Journalism to learners of different ages and backgrounds.
As an award-winning teacher recognized as a Most Outstanding Demonstration Teacher, I strive to make learning engaging, interactive, and meaningful. I offer personalized lessons in English, Filipino, Journalism, and Creative Writing for elementary, high school, and adult learners. My classes are designed to build confidence, improve communication skills, and develop strong academic foundations through engaging and interactive activities.
English Lessons cover grammar, vocabulary, reading comprehension, writing, speaking, pronunciation, and academic communication.
Filipino Lessons focus on grammar, pagbasa at pag-unawa, pagsulat, panitikan, komunikasyon, at pagpapalawak ng talasalitaan.
Journalism Lessons introduce learners to News Writing, Feature Writing, Editorial Writing, Column Writing, and Photojournalism while developing critical thinking and responsible media literacy.
Creative Writing Lessons help aspiring writers strengthen their storytelling skills through character development, plot construction, setting, imagery, voice, and various forms of creative expression such as short stories, poetry, and essays.
