About Hanna
I have an TEFL qualification from LoveTEFL. I worked in Wuhan, China for a year teaching young learners aged 7-14 in a private school. I also gave private Business English lessons. I have a MSc in Genetics from Imperial College London.

I have taught English as a second language to both children and adults. In the past, I have both followed a curriculum and been a part of creating a more personalized syllabus for smaller groups. I find that younger learners learn best through games but also reliable curriculum. Older students tend to benefit more from conversations and topic-based lessons. For example, a good exercise for older students is giving them a topic and letting them speak about it while the teacher types everything they say, then go over their English speech with ways to improve and sound more natural.
