About Linda
I am a dedicated and experienced Flute tutor with more than 16 years of teaching experience. I work with School students, College students, and working professionals who want to learn flute for studies, hobbies, or career development.
My teaching method is organised, patient, and goal-oriented. I focus on correct breathing, posture, finger placement, tone development, and rhythm control. I customise lessons to match each student’s learning needs.
In addition to flute training, I teach music theory, notation reading, sight reading, rhythm practice, ear training, and basic performance skills. I also assist students with exam preparation and stage confidence.
My unique strength is motivating students to stay consistent with practice. I provide clear guidance, positive support, and regular feedback. My aim is to help students improve steadily and enjoy their musical journey.

My flute teaching methodology is designed to make music learning simple, enjoyable, and effective through communication, creativity, and flexible lesson planning. I explain flute concepts in clear and simple words and support learning with demonstrations and practice examples. I encourage open communication so students feel comfortable asking questions and sharing challenges.
Creativity is included in every lesson through creative warm-ups, rhythm exercises, and expressive playing techniques that keep students motivated. I focus on helping students develop good tone quality, musical expression, and confidence along with technical skills. Lessons are flexible and adapted according to the student’s pace, level, and personal goals.
Flute lessons include breathing techniques, posture, embouchure, finger coordination, articulation, scales, rhythm, and sight reading. I also teach related subjects such as music theory, note reading, rhythm training, ear training, and basic performance skills to strengthen overall musical understanding.
