About Julia
I am a fine artist, illustrator and set/props painter who has been teaching individuals and groups of all ages and abilities for over a decade. I run groups from my home for primary and secondary school children, home-school groups and individuals. I have coached GCSE Art students and worked with adults who wanted to increase their confidence and skill level and have some fun! I trained in theatre initially before focusing on fine art so my lessons are varied, lots of fun and tailored to suit your needs.

Art should be fun! Adults in particular are often worried that they're "no good at art" because they "don't know how to draw" but I can teach you (a) that this isn't true, and (b) that you can if you want to once you learn how! I work in a variety of 2D and 3D materials and am happy to provide a scheme of work which ups your general skill level or focuses on a particular area of interest or goal you want to achieve.
