About Ffion
I have been teaching BTEC Health & Social Care and Child Development since 2021 and currently work as a Head of Department. My experience in both classroom teaching and leadership has given me a strong understanding of curriculum planning, assessment strategies, and how to support students in achieving their full potential.
In addition to this, I am an examiner and moderator for an exam board which has given me valuable insight into how assessments are marked and what examiners look for in student responses. I use this knowledge to help students refine their exam techniques, structure coursework effectively, and meet assessment criteria with confidence.

Tutoring sessions are tailored to each student’s needs, whether they need help understanding key topics, developing study skills, or preparing for assessments. I break down complex concepts into simple, clear explanations and provide practical guidance to build confidence. My goal is to help students gain confidence and succeed in their coursework and exams with clear guidance and support.
I offer tutoring sessions every evening and on weekends, making it easy for students to fit learning around their schedules. Whether you need ongoing support or last-minute exam preparation, I provide flexible and convenient sessions to suit your individual needs.
