About Archie
I am a normal teenager who lives life with anxiety and ADHD, however, through positive thinking, I no longer think of my ADHD and anxiety as a mental illness, instead, more of a blessing as it has helped me become a better version of myself and has helped me understand that I cannot let my mental state define who I am as a person, and I wish to help others learn what I have taught myself.

positive thinking is made up of many parts which will all help you to overcome your negative thoughts and become the best version of you. Some of these steps include breathing meditation, mindfulness, good sleep, healthy eating and the most important part is acceptance, many people struggle with acceptance, and this is why I want to help others to improve their daily lives with positive speaking
