Methodology

Trainings are practice-oriented, working on the verbal and non-verbal communication, an effective combination of training and coaching, ensuring accountability and progress at your own pace.
Participants study, research, discuss various areas of the training topic and practise the new skills delivering a self-chosen project and receive feedback for peak performance.
Trainings are designed based on educational materials of Cambridge University Press, as well as authentic American and Canadian audios and videos.
Innovative laser coaching and Conversational Intelligence(C-IQ) techniques are used to enhance and support the learning process.
