Experienced law tutor with LLB, LPC and LLM offers online tutoring and work reviews

Course setup

I have been tutoring for 6 months, in which time I have done in excess of 100 hours of online tutoring and completed in excess of 30 work reviews. I have 5-star reviews across all of my tutoring platforms.

I believe that the most important first step is to review the current grades the student is achieving. For this, it helps to have sight of any exam and assessment feedback and examples of recent work. By analysing these I will be able to assess the specific learning needs of each student. From here, I will work with the student to find out what they want from the lessons, and what they aim to achieve in the long run. For some, this may be to pass exams, for others, this may be assistance with undergraduate assessments.

I have access to a variety of learning materials, and I am happy to deliver lessons in which students are free to ask specific questions and dictate the subject matter dependent upon their needs, or to deliver structured lessons based upon university subject specifications.

I approach work reviews as though I am undertaking the assessment myself, and provide extremely detailed feedback. I can provide feedback on legal content, structure, clarity of argument, and achievement of assessment outcomes.

I believe that a passionate tutor can encourage learning by igniting a genuine interest in the subject matter, and by helping to improve a student's confidence in their knowledge of that subject. A passionate tutor should also help to encourage their students to dream big and continuously consider the motiviations for their learning.
