About Tharani
I am currently reading for a PhD at Lincoln University College, Malaysia. I hold an MSc from the University of Bedfordshire, United Kingdom, an MBA from the Postgraduate Institute of Management, and a BSc in Accounting (Special) from the University of Sri Jayewardenepura. I have five plus years of academic experience at NSBM Green University (delivered modules for the University of Plymouth (UK), Victoria University (Australia) and have also served as a part-time/visiting lecturer at the Human Resource Institute (delivered modules for the University of Northampton (UK) and the Royal Institute of Colombo (delivered modules for the University of London (UK). Throughout my academic career, I have developed and delivered a range of undergraduate and postgraduate courses, incorporating innovative teaching methodologies to enhance student engagement and learning outcomes.
