About Nausheen
Hello! I'm Nausheen, a dedicated and enthusiastic math tutor with over four years of experience teaching both online and offline in private institutions. I hold a Bachelor of Arts degree and specialize in teaching mathematics from Pre-K to Grade 8. I also offer instruction in Abacus (Finger Math) to help young learners build strong mental math skills.
My teaching philosophy is simple: math can be fun and easy to learn when explained with the right approach. I believe in using real-life examples, simple tricks, and engaging activities that make mathematical concepts easier to understand and remember. My lessons are interactive, tailored to suit different learning styles, and focused on helping students build problem-solving skills and confidence.

SAT Math

Problem Solving and Data Analysis: Tests your ability to analyze data, interpret graphs and charts, and solve real-world problems using various mathematical concepts. Passport to Advanced Math: Covers advanced math concepts like functions, polynomials, and trigonometry. Geometry: Includes concepts like lines, angles, triangles, and circles. Trigonometry: Focuses on trigonometric functions and their applications. Calculators: Calculators are permitted for the entire SAT Math section, and it's recommended that you use them appropriately.
ACT Math
I can teach Pre-algebra: Number operations, ratios, percentages, averages, and basic algebraic expressions. Elementary Algebra: Solving and graphing linear equations, inequalities, and systems of equations. Intermediate Algebra: Polynomials, radical and exponential expressions, and functions. Coordinate Geometry: Working with points, lines, and geometric figures on the coordinate plane. Plane Geometry: Understanding shapes, angles, area, volume, and theorems related to geometric figures. Trigonometry: Basic trigonometric functions, identities, and solving right triangles.
