About Frans
Hello! My name is Frans, and I am a dedicated Mathematics tutor with a passion for helping learners unlock their full academic potential. I enjoy making Mathematics simple, practical, and enjoyable by breaking down difficult concepts into clear, easy-to-understand steps.
I tutor Mathematics, Mathematical Literacy, and Technical Mathematics for learners from Grade 8 to Grade 12. My goal is not only to help learners improve their marks but also to build their confidence and develop strong problem-solving skills that will benefit them beyond the classroom.
I am patient, approachable, and committed to creating a positive learning environment where every learner feels comfortable asking questions. Whether you're preparing for tests, examinations, or simply need extra support to understand challenging topics, I will work with you to achieve your academic goals.

I believe that every learner can succeed in Mathematics with the right guidance, patience, and consistent practice. My teaching methodology focuses on simplifying complex concepts into easy to understand steps while encouraging learners to think critically and solve problems independently. I tailor each lesson to the learner's learning pace, strengths, and areas that need improvement.
I am proficient in teaching in English, Sepedi and Sesotho, ensuring learners are comfortable and fully understand each lesson. During a typical lesson, learners can expect a brief revision of previous work, a clear explanation of new concepts, worked examples, guided practice, and exam style questions with detailed feedback. I also provide study tips, homework support, and effective examination strategies to help learners achieve excellent results.
My lessons are aimed at Grade 8–12 learners, including those studying Mathematics, Mathematical Literacy, and Technical Mathematics. Whether you need help catching up, preparing for tests and final examinations, or aiming for distinctions, I am committed to helping you build confidence, improve your understanding, and reach your academic goals in a supportive and motivating learning environment.
