About Zachary
My teaching philosophy is grounded in a growth mindset. I believe every student can improve their mathematical ability with the right support, clear explanations, and consistent practice. I have experience helping middle school and high school students strengthen their understanding of mathematics, including algebra, geometry, and exam preparation. My approach to tutoring focuses on clear explanations, step-by-step problem solving, and building strong foundational understanding. I also use practice questions, guided examples, and review of school assignments to ensure students fully understand the material.
Typical lessons last 60 minutes, though longer sessions can be arranged for exam preparation or intensive review.
