About Su
Hi, I’m Su.
Alongside studying for a degree in Computer Science, I own and manage a successful education business delivering coding and technology lessons in schools across Greater Manchester. Building a business while studying has been one of my proudest achievements and reflects my passion for education, ambition, and strong work ethic.
Working with schools, teachers, parents, and hundreds of students has given me valuable experience supporting children of different abilities and helping them grow in confidence. I enjoy challenging myself, continuously learning, and setting high standards in everything I do.
Having attended grammar schools in Manchester, I understand the commitment needed to succeed academically. My goal is to inspire that same confidence and determination in every student, helping them achieve their full potential both in exams and beyond.

Choosing the right tutor is about more than simply covering the syllabus...it’s about building confidence, developing strong problem-solving skills, and helping students reach their full potential.
As a visual learner myself, I specialise in explaining difficult concepts in simple, relatable ways that students genuinely understand. I break topics down step by step using diagrams, real-life examples, and clear methods, making Maths and Chemistry far less intimidating. I also teach proven revision techniques, memory tricks, and exam strategies that help students retain information and perform with confidence in exams.
Every lesson is tailored to the individual student’s needs, whether they require support with the basics or are aiming for the highest grades. Lessons are 1 hour long and include focused teaching, worked examples, guided practice, and exam-style questions to reinforce understanding and track progress.
Academically, I achieved A* grades in GCSE Maths and Science subjects, A grade A Level results, and attended some of Manchester’s leading grammar schools. This gives me first-hand experience of the standards expected in both selective education and public examinations.
I tutor students preparing for 11+ grammar and independent school entrance examinations, as well as GCSE Maths and GCSE Chemistry. I have a strong understanding of the skills and techniques needed to succeed in competitive entrance exams and GCSEs, helping students improve not only their grades but also their confidence and enjoyment of learning.
