Alongside my work as a tutor, I am also an active songwriter and music producer in the UK music industry. My work has been performed at major festivals - including Glastonbury, Latitude, and Isle of Wight - and featured on national radio stations such as BBC Radio 1 and BBC 6Music. This creative background informs my approach to tutoring, helping me to bring energy, adaptability, and fresh ideas into each lesson. My teaching is professional, patient, and tailored to each student’s individual needs. I believe in building strong foundations and nurturing confidence, so that every learner feels empowered to succeed. I’m a patient and enthusiastic Maths tutor with over 10 years of experience, teaching students from age 7 up to GCSE level - both online and in person. I hold a BA (Hons) in Primary Teacher Education and a Master’s in Songwriting, combining a strong academic background with a creative, engaging teaching style. My lessons are interactive and tailored to each student. I use a range of methods - including digital tools, visual aids, and hands-on activities to make maths accessible and enjoyable. I believe building confidence is key, so I focus on creating a supportive environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and taking risks. Lessons typically last 60 minutes and are designed to fit the individual needs of each student.
