About Robin
A maths graduate based on the Berkshire, Oxfordshire border, I have spent the last few years providing private maths tuition to students aged 6 to 16. Having successfully seen them all exceed their expectations with SATs and GCSEs, their feedback has meant that I have decided to take the plunge from an office job and embark on tutoring full time.
I come from a family of mathematicians; my mother was a maths teacher and my father was a maths lecturer. We have a strong educational ethos in the family and this has given me an advantage on how best to get the best out of students, whatever level they are at in their learning.
My ethos is to make the sessions enjoyable. Maths is fun and highly satisfying when a problem is solved.
