About Liz
I have worked in a UK primary school for nine years, teaching a range of year groups from Year 2 up to Year 6. Most of my teaching has been tailored towards small groups and supporting children one-to-one. I have an excellent knowledge of the current UK curriculum and use an engaging and professional approach, so that all pupils enjoy learning and fulfil their potential.
I am also an experienced musician, regularly performing on the local music scene. I sing and play a range of instruments, including guitar, flute, percussion and the Irish tin whistle. I can teach guitar, singing and tin whistle to beginner learners of all ages.

The pupil will choose a simple song that they would like to learn and play. I will teach them the chords, lyrics and techniques that they need and together we will work towards crafting a performance. I will provide tuition and feedback via videolink and can guide the pupil to create a video of their final performance to share with friends and family.
As a singer/songwriter, I can also help pupils to write and perform their own songs if that's a personal ambition.
