About Mark
I have been involved in music for all of my adult life and began teaching 12 years ago after 10 years working as a performing and recording artist. In recent years I have decided to concentrate on teaching from home, in order to allow more time with my family.

About the lesson

Lessons take place in my comfortable home studio in Surbiton, within easy reach of both Kingston and Surbiton stations. Free, off-street parking can also be made available upon request.
Your tuition will be organised to suit your individual needs, and I will provide backing tracks at various speeds to aid your practice, as well as all the help and support you need to understand music tab, rhythm training and learning by ear. There is also a recording facility available should you wish to monitor your progress.
I am a member of the Musician's Union and Performing Rights Society.
