About Sangeeta
I'm an NMC Registered Adult Nurse, Practice Educator and NHS Quality Improvement Lead with over 18 years of experience across acute and critical care. Throughout my career, I've combined frontline clinical practice with education, workforce development and quality improvement, supporting nursing students, newly qualified nurses and healthcare professionals to develop the knowledge, confidence and clinical judgement needed to deliver safe, compassionate and evidence-based care.
What makes my teaching different is the combination of extensive NHS clinical experience with a strong background in education and professional development. I've worked not only as a frontline nurse but also in roles dedicated to developing others, giving me a deep understanding of both clinical practice and how students learn. I focus on helping you bridge the gap between theory and practice so that you can apply your knowledge with confidence in real clinical settings.
My teaching is built around developing clinical reasoning, professional judgement and critical thinking, not simply preparing you to pass an exam. I use realistic clinical examples, structured learning techniques and constructive feedback to make complex nursing concepts easier to understand, remember and apply.
Whether you're preparing for university assessments, placements, OSCEs, NMC registration or your transition into professional practice, my goal is to help you build confidence, achieve your goals and develop into a safe, competent and compassionate nurse.

Every lesson is tailored to your level of training, learning needs and career goals, combining real NHS clinical experience with practical, evidence-based teaching. My aim is to help you become a confident, safe and competent nurse, not just pass your next assessment.
Lessons are typically 60 minutes and combine clear explanations, structured learning frameworks, realistic patient scenarios and interactive discussion to help you develop both knowledge and clinical reasoning. I explain complex concepts in a simple and logical way, helping you understand not only what to do, but why it matters in clinical practice.

I teach Year 1–3 Adult Nursing students, international nursing students studying in the UK, overseas nurses preparing for NMC registration or OSCEs, and newly qualified nurses looking to strengthen their confidence and clinical knowledge.
