About Usman
With over 10 years of experience working in the NHS and a recently gained Level 5 Certificate in Mentoring and Coaching, I specialise in helping people find clarity, confidence, and direction in their careers. Whether you're navigating a career change, preparing to apply for jobs, or struggling with self-doubt, I can help you build a plan — and believe in it.
I am a registered Genetic Technologist First Class in Biomedical Sciences TQUK Level 5 Certificate in Coaching and Mentoring (RQF) I love helping others succeed !!
My colleagues describe me as a natural trainer and motivator. I have worked with all levels of staff, including graduates and trainee apprentices. In my profession,

- I helped school children abroad as part of a changing lives programme/educational initiative in Jordan and I met Queen Rania of Jordan. In a team of 14 people, we decorated classrooms, libraries, taught some lessons and played music and games.
