About David
I am a climber of over 5 years experience, climbing at around 6c top rope, 6b lead and V4/5 bouldering. I mainly climb indoor and this is where I would be looking to give lessons. My background is classroom teaching where I have taught for thirteens years, gaining a wide range of skills for motivation, inspiring and enthusing students I have taught.

The lessons I am offering will be focussed on what the climber wants to achieve - whether this is a basic introduction to the world of indoor climbing and bouldering; to overcoming a fear of falling; learning to belay; movement improvements and techniques; or knowledge for passing NICAS levels. I will take the time to get to know students and what motivates them and use this to form a positive, trusting relationship - the foundations of any good learning partnership. I am looking to work with children and adults alike.

Travel expenses outside of Northampton climbing centres 50p per mile.
Cancellation of lesson within 2hrs of start time will incur charge of £12.50 (unless otherwise discussed and agreed).
