As an experienced nursing faculty member, I am deeply passionate about mentoring students. I believe the role of a mentor is vital in guiding students not only through academic content but also in shaping their professional values and understanding of personal needs. My approach focuses on making complex nursing subjects accessible and easy to study, fostering a supportive learning environment that encourages inquiry and confidence.
